Thanks very much for your advice.
I have just turned off the karpersky and also the firewall.
Then copy the backup file to desktop and then extract it.
I open the myob and go to library and add the file to the library.
The file has been added. But the same message appear.
Then i tried to open a sample file which i have never done it before, it gave me exactly the same message.
Do you know whether the problem is due to my computer environmental issue?
AT the beginning, this computer only open file through network, but suddently the network library didn't work, it said can't find any files. i have checked there was no change in ip address.
then i start to think to move all the files to this computer as this computer has big memory. the current server is so old and has only 15GB free. i have lots of files. The files were used by 2 people in the past, but we sold all the businesses and now only me that use the files. that's why, i want to move all files to this computer.
I only enter few entries to few files, but still entering lots of datas to 3 myob files which take memory of the old files.
I am not sure what happen with this computer which suddenly cannot access network library and also it couldn't open the files which already restored in local library.
I still can open online files with this computer though.
I am so sorry i keep bothering you.
