Hi & , my MYOB also keeps timing out when I try and do bank reconciliations, even just for the next day. I agree with you that it's frustrating not being able to purge data. I've looked at the "Constant Crashing" community discussion and my computer is running 8GM of RAM and I still can't get it to work. Our file also pretty big and it's disappointing that MYOB hasn't allowed users to purge their own transaction data to make the file smaller and more usable, especially as we work in a rural regional location and internet speeds often are slower than the big city centres.
