Thanks for trying those few things, they were helpful in narrowing down what could be impacting on your file.
As it appears to be throwing the error when that sign in window should be appearing, one thing to try would be to temporarily disable your antivirus system, and ensure that you have TLS protocol 1.2 enabled on Internet Explorer.
To turn on TLS protocol:
- Open Internet Explorer
- Go to Settings
- Go to the Advanced Tab
- Scroll down to near the end to turn on TLS 1.0, 1.1 or 1.2
- If you have it listed please tick TLS 1.2 and then click apply
As enabling the TLS protocol is something that will affect your Internet Explorer, I recommend speaking to your IT professional over any implications that this will have on your system.
