We have recently upgraded to version 19.14. Now I am unable to email payslips, invoices or statements. Error message cmc_logon is displayed. I am running Outlook 2013, 2 other staff members have Outlook 2016 V1706 (not sure why we have different Outlook!) One staff member on 2016 can email but the other receives the same error message as me. I really need to get statements out today as I was unable to email them last week, I have been waiting for a consultant who helped me with our upgrade get back to me but I haven't heard back from her. We also have payroll tomorrow.
