Thanks for your response, however I find it disappointing.
We are encouraged to move across to the "live" version, as I believe you have stopped enhancing the other. (correct me if I'm wrong). If this is the product of the future, then I remain surprised that we can't move our office product into the future as well. I wouldn't recommend to our Directors, that we implement anything that isn't supported - so we are stuck! We still have the remaining problem that we are unable to email from MYOB due to the latest MS outlook upgrade, which is also really inconvenient. (move to a computer running an older version every time we want to email a customer invoice) We're stuck!
Does MYOB have a vision for multi-user businesses to move forward with technology and the product?
I'm not trying to be difficult, but we are seriously struggling.
